1- रिश कोरोध ले आफै लै खान्छ अरुलाई होइन -

२ -मानिश सदै बिहान सुर्य उदाउनु  भन्दा पहिले उठेर योगा  वा पुजा पाठ गर्नु  सुध बोल्नु
human always get up early in the morning before sunrise and recite yoga or puja
३ -आफु संग जे छ तेसैमा सन्तुस्त हुने बानि बसाल्नु
